But not only can you be a General Manager, but you can also be an operations Manager. Making sure a business is running the correct way, and everyone is doing what they need to be doing. Or what about being a Project Manager. I know I used one whenever I have a big project going on in real estate like if I’m doing a new build. I know they get paid well firsthand!

Bonus – Career or Skill Set

Looking to start a new career? Here are some tips! When looking to start a new career, you want to look for things that are in your best skill set. When looking for a new career there are multiple problems that you could run into. If you’re a beginner worker or even have just been working for a couple years, you might struggle to find a job that is in your liking but that’s completely normal. It takes time for you to find something that you like or something that will be interesting to you.

Reason #1

The reason why looking for a new career could be hard is because in the future a lot of jobs will disappear over the next decade or two. This will happen because as more new jobs come about in the future, the old jobs will start to die down as well. As we know may jobs are starting to replace people with machines, which will have many people looking for a new career that fits them that doesn’t consider machinery work.

Reason #2

Another reason why looking for a new career could become difficult is because the job you may be looking for hasn’t been created yet. Careers are hard to maintain due to the fact that most careers aren’t interested to many because it isn’t in their skill set or because some people don’t like like doing the same work for rest of their work career. The thing that you might enjoy doing may not be invented yet, but with how the world is moving and advancing it is likely to become in the next two decades.

Work Coming

As we all know the workplace is going through a huge change. Due to the huge spike in US workers quitting their jobs back in 2021, we can expect a new wave of work coming. This could include the different amount of days of work, or different types of jobs in general. This could become a problem for people because some people ain’t great at change and many people would have to go out their comfort zone to learn new ways of work. Many companies tried to fix the situation by increasing their pay and increasing the benefits as well. Many people who have quit their jobs or started a new career entirely figure pd out that the careers they were working hard on didn’t interest them as much as they thought and hoped for.

Enjoy

When looking for a new career don’t think about the career itself, think about the actual work you’ll be doing while you’re there. You also want to learn a skill set that you can see yourself doing over the next five years that’s enjoyable to you. As we know the next five years the work force may advance or change so you’ll need to be ready to keep up with the worlds advancing work, and so you also won’t be bored doing the same work throughout time. Learning new skill sets could be fun to learn because you could find a career that you actually find enjoyable and can become great at.
